Stop At: Mahamuni Pagoda, Mandalay Myanmar

In the morning, your driver will pick you up at your hotel and escort you to the first stop - Mahamuni Pagoda, one of the most sacred pagodas in Myanmar. The gilded bronze Buddha sculpture inside, considered the real Buddha by locals, attracts not only tourists but also crowds of believers to visit and pray for fortune and health. You will see lots of devotees sitting on heels and praying piously.

Stop At: Mahagandayon Monastery, Amarapura Myanmar

Afterward, you will head to Mahagandayon Monastery, the largest monastery and a famous Buddhist College in Myanmar. The monks here seriously follow the Buddhist discourses of not take food after midday, and eat two meals a day at 04:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. At around 10:00 a.m. every morning, thousands of monks will line up along the road and walk in the monastery for collecting alms-food and having the meal. The spectacle is definitely a lifetime scene.

Stop At: Dha Kya Di Tar Convent, Near Sagaing Hill, Sagaing Myanmar

Next, you will be escorted to Sagaing and get close to the Buddhist nuns at Dha Kya Di Tar Convent, a famous local nunnery where novices get educated. Enter the peaceful place, you will see many young nuns with their heads shaved doing their daily routines, such as praying and chanting. It will be a spiritual experience to learn about their devout lifestyle.

Coming out from the nunnery, you will dive deep into the verdurous Sagaing Hill, a tranquil hill dotted with over 600 temples. Climbing to the upland, you will enjoy a mesmerizing panoramic view of the hill.

At the end of the day, you will come to U Bein Bridge and enjoy a cruise. Built in the Konbaung Dynasty, the bridge is the longest teakwood bridge in the world and has been standing across the Taung Tha Man Lake for over 160 years. The fascinating sunset on the boundless lake will round off your day tour with picturesque scenery.
