    Upon arrival at the Quilotoa Lake we will stop at the viewpoint and make a hike downhill towards the lake, which will take about 30 minutes. You can either hike back up or rent a mule.

    Pass By: Lasso, Lasso, Cotopaxi Province
    Back at the top of Quilotoa Lake we will make our way up to Lasso, which will take about 2 hours approximately

    Day 2: Visit to Cotopaxi the highest active volcano

    Pass By: Lasso, Lasso, Cotopaxi Province
    After enjoying our breakfast our guide will take us from Lasso to the entrance of the Cotopaxi National Park

    Stop At: Cotopaxi National Park, Ecuador
    The Cotopaxi is still an active and almost perfect stratovolcano with an altitude of 5.897 meters. From the entrance we will make first stop at the Cotopaxi Museum and Visitor Center and at the Limpiopungo Lake before starting your hike towards the Jose F Ribas Refuge from the parking lot at 4.500 meters. (If the weather doesn't permit this hike, we will make a hike around the Limpiopungo Lake).

    known as the ice cream town, it will be an option if you want to make an stop on the way to Riobamba City

    In the afternoon we will be heading to Riobamba, which will take us about 2 hours approximately. Here you will be staying the night.

    Day 3: explore the Andes like never before

    Stop At: Riobamba, Riobamba, Chimborazo Province
    On our third day we will explore the Andes like never before! We first have to drive for one hour and a half to Alausi, from where our adventure starts
    Duration: 2 hours

    Pass By: Alausi, Alausi, Chimborazo Province
    a picturesque little town from where we will take the train for a great adventure

    Pass By: Estacion Ferrocarril, Alausi Ecuador
    On a zigzag railroad we will descend more than 500 meters in less than 12 kilometres by train while having a mind-blowing view of the narrow gorge of river Chanchan and the Devil’s Nose Mountain. We will end this day exchanging the rustic Andes for a lush green landscape in Baños, which will take us about 3 hours. Our accommodation will be in a comfortable tourist class hotel near the town’s center. After the check-in you can relax in the natural hot springs nearby, known for their healing properties due to various minerals

    At the end of this activity, your guide will lead you to one of the most visited areas of Ecuador known for its beautiful waterfalls and its imposing active volcano

    Day 4: Baños City and amazon rain forest

    Stop At: Banos, Banos, Tungurahua Province
    On our final day we will start with the exploration of the town visiting the pretty cathedral and try some of Baños’s famous ‘Melcocha’ candy made out of sugar cane.
    Duration: 30 minutes

    Stop At: Cascada el Manto de la Novia, 11 km on the road Baños-Puyo, Banos 180250 Ecuador
    We continue with the waterfall route, which has many beautiful waterfalls to observe such as the Agoyan and Manto de la Novia. At both waterfalls you can take a thrilling cable-car ride across the valleys offering you a more closed up view
    Duration: 40 minutes

    Stop At: Pailon del Diablo (Devil's Cauldron), Rio Verde - 18Km From Banos, Banos Ecuador
    Pailon del Diablo, known as one of the largest waterfalls in this area of the country, visited by many travelers and a beautiful place where you can take a short walk in a humid tropical forest, where the flora of the place will surprise you with its beautiful species of flowers and plants of the region.
    ; the Pailon del Diablo. A 20 minute hike will take you to a suspension bridge from where you will have a great view of this impressive waterfall. Besides you can choose to climb up even further to stand on one of the three platforms to have a more closed up view.
    Duration: 1 hour

    Stop At: Quito, Quito, Pichincha Province
    In the afternoon you will make your way back to Quito, which will take us about 3 hours. The guide will leave you at your hotel.
