Day 1: Transfer to Fort Portal

Stop At: Lake Nkuruba Nature Reserve, Rwaihamba Road, Fort Portal Uganda
Our driver guide will pick you from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe after your breakfast, shortly brief you about this trip and transfer you to the western part of Uganda to Fort Portal town with lunch enroute. On arrival in Fort portal, check in at your lodge, and in the afternoon you will visit the beautiful crater lakes where you can swim or relax as you sight some primates. Later have dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Stop At: Kibale Forest National Park - Chimpanzee Tracking, Fort Portal Uganda
Early morning you will have your breakfast and be transferred to UWA's briefing point where you will be briefed about chimp tracking. Later start the search for these primates in the forest which will take about 3 hours depending on where the chimps will be. You will also see other various primates like the L'hoests monkeys, Grey cheeked Mangabey, white and black colobus, red tailed monkeys, and a number of birds will be spotted like the green breasted pitta, rumped tinker bird.
After tracking you will have lunch at your lodge and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
On arrival at your lodge, you will check in later have dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

Stop At: Queen Elizabeth National Park, 410 kilometers from Kampala, Kasese Uganda
After an early morning breakfast, proceed for a game drive which lasts for about 3 hours through various game trails looking for wildlife such as elephants, antelopes, leopards, lions, waterbucks among others. Drive back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon go for a 2 hour boat cruise along the Kazinga channel where you will have a chance to see crocodiles, more herds of buffaloes, elephants, hippos, and also different bird species. After the boat cruise you will be transferred back at your lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 4: Visit Salt Pans and Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe

Stop At: Katwe Tourism Information Centre, Kasese Katwe, Queen Elizabeth National Park., Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda
After an early breakfast, drive towards lake katwe, the crater lakes region where you will be able to see various salt pans in the area and see how salt is mined, this is Uganda's oldest salt mine. Later drive to Kampala or Entebbe with lunch enroute and stopover at the equator for photos.
