Pass By: Split, Split, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia

Stop At: Teraca Vidilica, Nazorov Prilaz 1, Split 21000 Croatia

Vidilica (a view spot), just above the old part of the town. Vidilica offers one of the kind panoramic fairy-tale view, as if from a movie, at the Diocletian Palace by the sea, and the whole town to the nearby mountain range that plunges into the sea. Vidilica is also the location of the third oldest Jewish cemetery in Europe (1573).

You can also see many islands, some of which are world famous such as the island of Hvar – nature & top parties with famous superstars, the island of Brac – the most beautiful beach in Europe shaped by the wind and the island of Vis –a paradise of nature and filming location of the musical movie Mama Mia 2.

    Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Kasuni Beach, Marjan Forest Park, Split 21000 Croatia

Kasjuni Bay beach with the always calm sea and amazing surroundings. Kasjuni is also the most beautiful beach in Split. From here, you can see the peak of the Marjan Hill, where there are two Christian monasteries from the 15th century built in the caves. You will want to simply jump into the crystal clear sea and enjoy the view of history, nature and islands in this incredibly natural and unique environment. It is unbelievable fact that Kasjuni beach is only 3 km/1.86 mi away from the city center, but when you are on the beach, you can see only minimal signs of civilization around you. It is absolutely a must feel experience.

    Duration: 15 minutes

Pass By: Poljud Stadium, Poljudsko setaliste, Split 21000 Croatia

After Kasjuni beach our happy group is heading towards the exit of the city, passing the 'Poljud' city stadium and newer parts of Split. We head towards the Klis fortress at the junction of the Kozjak and Mosor mountains at 360m/1181ft above sea level. On the way to the Fortress, we pass by a Roman aqueduct, dating from the 3rd century. It supplied the
Diocletian's Palace and Split with fresh water from the mountains.

Pass By: Solin, Solin, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia

Stop At: Klis Fortress, 57 Megdan, Klis, Split 21231 Croatia

We arrive at our third stop, the Klis Fortress, which dates from the 5th century, but gained its fame in the bloody battles against the Turkish conquerors and the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century.
This military fortress is very well-preserved and consists of three gates and three towers at different levels. Below the driveway, climbing to the Klis Fortress, are still the bones of Turkish soldiers who died trying to occupy the fortress, while Croatian soldiers spilled hot oil on them, throwing stones, arrows and spears. At the entrance of the fortress we admire an absolutely amazing view of two cities (Split and Solin),
7 islands, vineyards, olive groves, orchards and local farms at the foot of the hill. The Klis Fortress was also the prime location for the TV series 'The Game of Thrones' (The City of Meereen) in the area and has been a hotspot for all the fans of this series in the recent years. We promise magnificent and unique photos, our driver & host is an expert with a cellphone photos and he created, on this spot, a special kind of photography that nobody else had in the world! That is one of the elements of the extraordinary tours we do.

    Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Ruins of the Solin Amphitheatre, Solin Croatia

After sightseeing this historic fortress, we head to our fourth stop on this tour, which is the Gladiator's Arena, located at the northwest of the ancient Salona and played an important role in the town defense system.
The gladiatorial arena was built at the same time as the Diocletian's Palace in the late 2nd and early 3rd century by the Roman emperor Diocletian. The full capacity of the amphitheater was approximately 17,000 spectators. The amphitheater was made as
a place for the cruel amusement of emperor and Roman citizens. The emperor Diocletian is known to have been one of the worst persecutors of Christians of that time.
Below the arena there are tunnels that housed cages with lions and tigers, cages with gladiators, Christians and a cage with beautiful slave women from across the Roman Empire who served as a reward for the gladiator-winner of all the fights of the day.

First, Christians would be released into the arena and they would die with singing to God, as the beasts tore them apart. This was an introductory part for the emperor and the masses in the stands. After the Christians, 20 gladiators would enter the arena and only 1 needed to stay alive. However, the last one was not the winner. Two lions or two tigers would be released into the arena and only if he killed them too he would be considered the winner of the day. According to the Roman law at that time, it was necessary to win three such fights in order to get the gladiator out of slavery.
Hmm, do you think that was possible? Through 300 years of the bloody history in this arena, only 1 gladiator has been able to defeat both humans and beasts … Once … This arena with a cruel history and beautiful Roman architecture is an indispensable stopping place near the city of Split, which is simply a must feel-experience as well.

    Duration: 25 minutes

Stop At: Trogir, Trogir, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia

After the amphitheater, we go to our fifth stop which is UNESCO’s old town of Trogir.
In 2015 Trogir or Tragurion was proclaimed by the National Geographic the most beautiful island city in the world. It is also known around the world as a Small Venice as it is connected to the mainland by bridges, surrounded by two canals and lies on two islands. This simply beautiful monument-town was constructed as an octagon by the old Greeks and visible are later architectural influences of Romans and Venetians.
The town is more than 2300 years old and as a wealthy trading market was often attacked by numerous invaders such as Romans, Venetians, pirates, Turks and so on so, the town is surrounded by high stone walls, which are remarkably blended into the historical whole. Trogir is also one of the cleanest cities in Croatia and it can also be proud of excellent food in the restaurants and taverns where you can find the prime class wines too. Plan your visit to the St. Lawrence Cathedral and the oldest Benedictine monastery in Croatia, in which the relief depicting Kairos, the god of the lucky moment, from the 4th or 3rd C.B.C. is kept. We will enjoy refreshing drink on the unusually beautiful Trogir waterfront, with a view to the sea and the island of Ciovo, positioned on the other side of the canal.

    Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Kastela, Kastela, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia

Then we move on the other way over the island toward our surprise location, that I cannot speak much about, since it is a surprise and the Easy Ride is the only agency visiting this secret hidden jewel. But be sure this will be the future top tourist destination. Historical and remarkable structure, incredibly unique position, heartbreaking story that accompanies it and blends with present times that cannot be found anywhere in the world, just be careful not to fall into the sea, ups, I revealed too much.

    Duration: 15 minutes

Pass By: Split, Split, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia

After the surprise location we head back to Split (or anywhere in Split-Dalmatia County) where we end our tour full of extraordinary memories you will never forget, because hey, if you do, give us a good reason on the paper and take full refund of your money.
