5 Days Semliki and Kibale

Day 1: Arrival and transfer Hotel

Stop At: Entebbe, Entebbe, Central Region
You will be picked from Entebbe Airport by Kigere Tours driver guide to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe depending on your flight arrival time, later check in at your hotel for diner and take rest from the long flight to Uganda.

Day 2: Kampala – Fort Portal

Stop At: Fort Portal, Fort Portal, Western Region
After breakfast we set off for Fort portal town which takes approximately 5-6 hours on a good paved road. As you approach Fort portal town you will be able to notice a change in the climate with a welcoming cool atmosphere and you will have a view of green tea plantations with lunch enroute. Later in the afternoon, you will visit the waterfalls of Amabere ganyinamwiru known for breasts that drop milk by local interpretation, then hike to the top where you will spot 3 craters in one spot. Later drive back at your hotel for Diner and overnight.

Day 3: Fort Portal – Semliki National Park

Stop At: Semuliki National Park, Semuliki National Park, Western Region
On this day Kigere tours driver-guide will you from the Hotel early morning and set off to Semliki National park. On the way you are able take a ride through sharp corners on a great paved road as you view the beautiful valleys and close rages of mountain Rwenzori sceneries, you can also have a stopover at the viewpoints of Mt. Rwenzori Ranges and valleys for photos.
Reaching the gates of Semliki national park, you may take some raw eggs for experiential where it will take only 10 minutes to boil the eggs in the natural bubbling water from the ground.
With an experienced ranger guide you will start the nature walk through the tropical forest with a variety of tree species, a view of over 435 Bird species and other primates, a great experience at the Male and Female Hot springs as the guide explains their formation and existence.
Later drive off from Semliki National park back to Fort portal town, to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking and Crater Lakes

Stop At: Kibale National Park, Kibale National Park, Western Region
Early morning after breakfast you will transfer to Kibale National park for chimpanzee tracking. This takes between 3-4hours. During the tracking you will be able to have a moment with the chimpanzee, a glance at some bird species and more primates like the baboons, black and white colobus, red-tailed monkeys, L’hoest monkey, without missing the coolest atmosphere in this primate capital of the world. After the chimpanzee tracking, have lunch and after lunch you will visit the beautiful crater lakes in Kasenda region later drive back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe

Stop At: Entebbe Botanic Gardens, Berkely Rd, Entebbe Uganda
After your breakfast you will drive back to Kampala or Entebbe to catch up with your flight back home, there is an option of you visiting the botanical gardens as you wait to get to your flight depending on your flight departure time.
