  • Day 1: Rinas Airport - Tirana

    Pass By: Tirana, Tirana, Tirana County
    Arrival at Rinas Airport. Our first destination is Tirana. Tirana is the capital and largest city in Albania.

    Stop At: Bunk'Art 1, Rruga Fadil Deliu, Tirana 1001 Albania
    Beginning from April 2016, "Bunk'Art" is open to the public permanently.
    In June 1978, the dictator Enver Hoxha inaugurated the anti-nuclear bunker built by the then communist government. It is a 5 floors underground building with 106 rooms and a congress hall, now transformed into a historical-artistic center called "Bunk'Art".
    "Bunk'Art" contains: The Historical Exhibition, the Museum Exhibition and Artistic Installations.

    Stop At: Tirana, Tirana, Tirana County
    The museum is divided into eight pavilions: Antiquity, Middle Ages, Renaissance, Independence, Iconography, National Liberation Anti-fascism War, Communist Terror, and Mother Teresa. The Pavilion of Communist Terror hosts images, documents and videos of the persecution suffered by the Albanians during the communist regime.
    A visit here can take up to three hours, so pace yourself!

    And pyramid of Tirana , from 1944 to 1992, Albania was governed under a harsh Communist ideal that modeled itself after Stalinism. Landmarks such as the pyramid of Tirana still recall darker days.

    Lezha is a town in northwest Albania. The city seems to date to the late 4th century.

    Day 5: Saranda

    Stop At: Llogara National Park, Llogara National Park, Vlore County
    The Llogara National Park is one of the most visited natural parks in Albania, home to a rich flora and fauna and some of the most exceptional food in the country. Though the park stays open throughout the year, it is most visited during the summer, as a cooling-off stop and a literal rite of passage to the southern Albanian Riviera.

    this beautiful pedestrian seaside walkway lies on the north shore of the little bay of Saranda .
    The boulevard offers sea access while many bars and cafes serve a variety of drink and snacks , there are fun markets to explore whitch are exeptional places to find souvenirs .

    Formerly a monastery and pilgrimage center, today the Forty Saints Monastery is a fairly popular tourist destination, though it is partly shattered from time and negligence. The ruins of this 6th century Byzantine monastery lie across from the bay where Lëkurësi Castle stands.
    The castle of Lëkurës was built in 1537 by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent who had attacked Corfu and needed to control the harbor of Saranda and the road that connected it with Butrint.
