Jamaica's majestic Blue Mountains are shrouded almost perpetually in mist, which gives them their bluish color. One of the island-nation's working coffee plantations is here. Take a tour to learn how one of the world's most expensive coffee is grown, harvested, roasted, and ground.

Climate, soil, the steep angle at which the plants are grown, the mountain mist, and rainfall all contribute to create a unique product sought after by the most discerning coffee connoisseurs. Only coffee grown at more than 3,000 feet (914 m) above sea level in the Blue Mountain range can claim the name "Blue Mountain."
