      Since 1990, the Araluen Botanic Park Foundation has cared for trees, removed invasive species such as black and silver wattle, watsonia and continued eradication and control of blackberry, bridal and Australian creeper.
      Araluen continues to plant cool climate trees and plants annually to expand the diversity of unusual trees for visitors to experience.

      Enjoy wine tastings from Peel Estate Wines in a beautiful setting, who have been an integral part of the Peel Region for over 40 years. In 1973 the first Shiraz vines were planted, followed by Chenin Blanc and Zinfandel in 1976, and Cabernet Sauvignon in 1979.
