The Cooking class in the High Atlas Mountains with a genuine Berber family in order to experience the local cuisine while enjoying the surrounding beautiful mountain landscape and do some local market, Berber cooking class can be be taken on Every day to explore the local Berber weekly market, to enjoying the meal while soaking in the lush mountains and village life surrounding you.

This trip Starts at 9am with a pick up from your accommodation, then head to the Berber market to select fresh ingredients (meat, vegetables, depending whether you would like to cook Tagine or couscous nd more of defferants Moroccan food. Next, you will explore the beautiful Imlil Valley, where you will visit berber villages and waterfalls and the women cooperative (where the women make Moroccan oil and herbs).Then you will go and join a real Berber family in their house. The cooking courses are run by Fatima and her family, an experienced Berber cook whose secret recipes have been passed down her family for generations. Your English-speaking guide, will do the translation to English and will be assisting in the course as you learn about the techniques of traditional Berber cooking, for example how to make mint tea, how to made bread, how to cook it in a traditional oven with wood fire, and how to your Tajins.
