Guided Historical Day Tour to the Danube Bend

Szentendre, the town of artists! Colorful, narrow streets with local stores, galleries and exhibitions.

We will visit the Marzipan Museum, the MicroArt Exhibition and the smallest synagogue in the world which was built in remembrance of the local Jewish community which was taken to Auschwitz during WWII.

Visegrad - We take the road up the hill and visit the most famous fortress built on the medieval ages with breathtaking view of the Danube Bend.

Not far away from the Visegrad fortress we will take an adrenaline bomb by using the bobsled! A quick adventurous slide which can be taken solely or with your spouse, as you wish! The guide will provide to you all safety measures and help you to purchase a ticket, which is relatively cheap and costs around 1,5 Euros per person per slide.
The guide will make photos of each participant while sliding and these snapshots will be sent to you after the tour, completely free of charge.

We will stop for lunch at a medieval ages themed restaurant with huge portions and amazingly tasty Hungarian cuisine, including the famous goulash soup! The Guide will provide to you tips and suggestions of the best meals and help you with your order or with any special request you may have considering your chosen dish.

Stop At: Esztergom, Esztergom, Komarom-Esztergom County, Central Transdanubia

Esztergom - A historical city, the first and original capital city of Hungary which includes the second-largest Basilica, a beautiful church with real meaning to the Hungarian cultural heritage. We will also enjoy a nice view of Slovakia and Danube River which separates us from our northern neighbors.

Stop At: Budapest, Budapest, Central Hungary

We will finish our daily tour in a local confectionary back in Budapest with the best cakes and pastries in town, including the super tasty creamschnitte!

We will provide with exact time for pickup 1 day before the day of the trip. Please be ready for pickup at the lobby/entrance of the hotel at the exact time provided. It is very important to be punctual since we are picking up additional participants and each one of you being picked up based on a built schedule/timeline.
