Inca Trail two Days

We’ve carefully crafted our small group adventures to offer an experiences for every level and interest. Our Inca Trail two days offer you the chance to be in a group with no more than 6 or 8 members. The inca Trail two days combines the rawness of cloud forest terrain with the majesty of Inca ruins.

The “ancient Inca road” goes to sub tropical area and enters through the Sun Gate with amazing views of Machu Picchu! This option have a privilege of seeing Machu Picchu twice! - Covering a distance of 11 km / 7 miles this option it can be really challenge or not it depends how fit you are; however it makes perfect for families with children and those on a tight schedule.

      Pass By: Inca Trail, Machu Picchu Peru
      Day – 1: Cusco – Km104 – Aguas Calientes

      Pick up time in Cusco is a quarter to 4am and take to Ollantaytambo for another 2 hours where you going to take a train to km 104. You will run the train for another 1 hour and 25 minutes, After 5 or 6 houres of walking you will arrive to the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) in the late afternoon and get our first views of Machu Picchu. The light at this time of day is great for photos and with fewer tourists in the site it’s a perfect time to take some pictures of the site. After we’ve taken photos you will carry on to Machu Picchu just for the views and pictures, then we have to go take a bus down to Aguas Calientes

      PLEASE NOTE: Boxed lunch is provided and is carried by passangers

      Day – 2: Machu Picchu and Back to Cusco

      You will have a two hour guided tour of the site during which you’ll learn about the Incas and visit all the most important areas of the citadel. After your tour you’ll have free time to explore the site by yourself and if you have permits to climb either Huayna Picchu (2 hours round trip) or Machu Picchu mountain (3 hours round trip). In the afternoon you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo (2 hours) from where you will carry on by bus back to Cusco (2 more hours).

      Wiñay Huayna (is a quechua word which means"forever young") is an Inca site along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The site consists of upper and lower house complexes connected by a staircase and fountain structures. Has impressive areas of agricultural terraces that you will see from the trail.
      Duration: 1 hour

      Stop At: Inca Trail, Cusco 08000 Peru

      Day 2: Machu Picchu Day

      Stop At: Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley, Cusco Region
      Today early morning or later (check with the guide) you will visit Machu Picchu and have a tour of 3 hours (approx.) in the afternoon you will come back by train to Ollantaytambo and by bus to Cusco.
      Duration: 4 hours

      Often mistakenly referred to as the "Lost City of the Incas", it is the most familiar icon of Inca civilization. The Incas built the estate around 1450 but abandoned it a century later at the time of the Spanish conquest. Although known locally, it was not known to the Spanish during the colonial period and remained unknown to the outside world until American historian Hiram Bingham brought it to international attention in 1911.
