    Stop At: Cawdor Castle, Nairn IV12 5RD Scotland

    With an early start from Aberdeen our first stop will be at Cawdor Castle. The castle dates from the late 14th century, built as a private fortress by the Thanes of Cawdor. An ancient medieval tower built around the legendary holly tree. We believe Cawdor Castle is a truly extraordinary place. Whether you are exploring one of the three gardens or visiting the castle itself this stop will fill you with happy memories. Entry for the Castle & Gardens must be pre-booked and details will be sent to you by email.

    Stop At: Clava Cairns, Balnuaran of Clava, IV2 5EU Scotland

    On our way back towards Aberdeen we will slightly retrace our steps for you to visit the curious and interesting Clava Cairns. Step back in time to see the structures our ancestors build about 4000 years ago. You will also be able to see one of Scotland's largest rail viaducts, the Culloden Viaduct.

    Marking the spot of the last major battle on British soil, the wild moor at Culloden is the resting place of 1,500 Jacobite and 50 Government soldiers who fought and died here in 1746.

    Stop At: Inverness, Inverness, Scottish Highlands, Scotland

    We are now ready to explore the city of Inverness and have some lunch at one of it's many cafes and restaurants. You'll have a bit of free time to wander through the city and explore the shops, the best used book store and walk along the river taking in the views of Inverness Castle. Inverness is the Gateway to the Highlands. Duration of this stop can vary slightly to enable a visit to Loch Ness.

    We will have a quick visit to the beautiful Loch Ness. You will be able to dip your toes or fingers into the loch and admire it's beauty what ever the weather.

    Stop At: Tomintoul, Tomintoul, Moray, Scotland

    Nestled at a height of 1164 ft on the northern slopes of the Cairngorm Mountains, Tomintoul is the highest village in the Highlands. We will stretch our legs before heading back to Aberdeen.
