Guides will introduce you to local culture and history while bicycling. We can tell you about a variety of interesting facts of rural Japanese life, from industry and livelihood in our community to the roadside plants we may come upon. All guides have a trustful relationship with locals, through the daily promotion of local attractions, which allows us to take you on a special visit to meet a local family. This sort of interaction with friendly locals and surrounded by beautiful nature cannot be experienced in cities, only made possible by our guides bridging the you to the community.

The tour begins with an explanation of the cycling course and bicycle use. First-timers need not worry as the guide will teach you as needed. Once on the tour, we will make a few stops at local historical and cultural spots. A local family will take you in for a short rest and interaction with tea provided. The approximately 2-hour program is all done at a relaxing pace, so don’t worry if you are not a confident cyclist.
Refresh your mind and soul while cycling through beautiful rice paddy fields or alongside the Pacific Ocean. Get up close and personal with the rich lifestyle of this rural community.
