The first stop on our journey begins in the ruins of the old city from the Viking- and medieval age. Here we will get a quick feel and understanding of Oslo’s history.

We will get excellent view of the renowned National Opera & Ballet House, located right at the harbour, with an angled, white exterior that appears to rise from the water.

After a fire in 1624 the Old City burned down and was rebuilt just outside Akershus Fortress We will stop at a cozy square and get an idea of how the city appeared at that time.

A quick stop outside the Norwegian Nobel Institute, which is also located close to the last home of Henrik Ibsen - the most frequently performed dramatist in the world after Shakespeare.

We will pass the gymnasium where the famous teenage drama series Skam took place.
Stop At: Vigeland Park, Nobels gate 32, Oslo 0268 Norway
We will of course stop at Frogner-par , by tourists sometimes referred to as Vigelands-park, after Gustav Vigeland ,who designed the sculptures. It contains more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite and cast iron, including The Angry Boy (Sinnataggen in Norwegian), The Monolith (Monolitten) and The Wheel of Life (Livshjulet).
