Day 1: Day 1 - From Prague to the source of Vltava river, Šumava NP, Lipno Lake, Vyšší Brod Monastery and Český Krumlov
Stop At: Kvilda - The source of Vltava, Ulice 1672, Kvilda 385 01 Czech Republic
After 2 - 3 hours drive from Prague our journey begins at the source of a majestic river in the beautiful Šumava National Park. The starting point for us will be the mountain village Kvilda, from which during an easy one-hour walk we will reach the source of the Vltava River and see the most beautiful part of the national park. Upon our return, there will be a delicious lunch and beer tasting from the local brewery in Kvilda.

Stop At: Lipno nad Vltavou, Lipno nad Vltavou, South Bohemian Region, Bohemia
From Kvilda we will continue to Lipno Lake, the largest and most beautiful water reservoir built on the river. Lipno lies in the beautiful scenery of the Šumava National Park and is so-called the "Czech Sea". We will have a coffee and dessert in the beautiful local marina and take a short walk along the lake.

Vyšší Brod is a starting point for river canoeing and rafting but there is also one of the oldest Abbeys / Monasteries of Central Europe. Beauty of its unique Baroque library will take your breath away.

Stop At: Cesky Krumlov, Cesky Krumlov, South Bohemian Region, Bohemia
Český Krumlov a trully amazing renaissance pearl built in a bend of the Vltava river with a palace carved on a rock above the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a real gem of European architecture. In Cesky Krumlov will stay overnight in Hotel Fáber and enjoy evening sitting by the river.

Day 2: Day 2 - Český Krumlov, Budweiser Brewery, Hluboká Castle and Prague
Stop At: Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov, Cesky Krumlov Czech Republic
The next day we will start after breakfast with a guided tour of the medieval town of Český Krumlov and a tour of the local chateau, which is one of the most beautiful and interesting palace in Central Europe. You will learn how the nobles of the Rosenberg, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg dynasties lived. Český Krumlov is well connected with Vltava agian as the historical town was built on a peninsula the river creates here. In summer this place is also a very popular spot for paddlers and the town is full of life and laughter. Český Krumlov is one of the most visited places in the Czech Republic and be sure there is a good reason for that.

Stop At: Ceske Budejovice, Ceske Budejovice, South Bohemian Region, Bohemia
After Český Krumolov we will continue to the nearby center of the South Bohemian region - České Budějovice. There we will have lunch at a beautiful Renaissance square. This town is important mainly for the fact that the world-famous original Budweiser beer is brewed here. Forget Budweiser you know from USA, Czech original is much better! At the brewery you will also learn how the Budweiser brand came from Central Europe to America and you will be able to taste and compare which beer is better.

On the way from České Budějovice to Prague, the trip continues with a visit to the Hluboká Castle. This Neo-Gothic jewel of South Bohemia is considered one of country’s most splendid castles.

Stop At: Pisek Stone Bridge, Trida Narodni Svobody 479 110 km from Prague, Pisek 397 01 Czech Republic
On our way to Prague we will stop in small town called Písek where we´ll have a chance to walk over the oldest stone bridge in the Czech Republic and one of the oldest in Europe. This interesting bridge over our beloved Vltava river was built in the end of 13th century! In summer there is also a unique exhibition of sand sculptures as Písek in Czech language means "sand".

Stop At: Prague, Prague, Bohemia
From Hluboká we will move to the most beautiful stop at the Vltava River - the town that used to be the center of the Holy Roman Empire - Prague. A thousand-year-old town, sprawling on both banks of the Vltava River, is definitely one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, rich in history, architecture and historical legends. Accommodation in Prague will be arranged in pleasant and spacious apartments in the city center.

• Lunch: Lunch in České Budějovice in one of the restaurants will again give you a good opportunity to taste regional dishes.
Accommodation included: Overnight stay in Prague will be organized in apartments in the city center.
