* Private car transportation (1 - 5 pax only) * Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time. * The driver will wait for you up to 10 minutes. If you are delayed longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeded 10 minutes * If it is past the waiting time and you are not contactable, you will be considered a "no show." The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
