    Upon arrival, our reception staff at the Cancun airport will be waiting for you right outside the arrivals terminal, once you go through the immigration, baggage claim and customs filters (which only apply when you arrive on an international flight ). Keep walking, there are 2 exits, Family and friends and the Exit to all the private services of Land Transportation and Taxis. Please take the Exit to all the Land Transport services and the Taxi exit keep walking to platform C # 84 in terminal 4., platform # 26 in terminal 3, RESTAURANTE GRAB & GO in terminal 2 International and BAR COCONUTS at Domestic Arrivals Terminal 2. Please note that THERE IS NO RECEPTION STAFF INSIDE THE AIRPORT IN THE MIGRATION AREAS, BAGGAGE CLAIMS AND CUSTOM FILTERS, so once you cross the exit gate, will exit the Airport Building. If for some reason you cannot identify our representative, call us. Don't let the "Timeshare" people stop you on your way to us.
    Our representatives wear a blue, white or green shirt and have a sign with your personalized name; Because it is easier to find. Due to the high traffic inside the terminals, the vehicle that transports will enter the platform at the moment of contact.
