    Visit of the convent and church of Santo Domingo, whose construction was started in 1581 by the Spanish architect Francisco Becerra. Cloister and inner courtyard, as well as the refectory and the domes are some of the surprises.

    Although it is considered one of the most important baroque art and architecture monuments in Latin America, its intricate interior decoration covered with gold leaf reminds us of an Arab mosque.
