Arrived at JFK Airport, head to Baggage Claim. Once you have collected your bags leave the Baggage Claim area and head to the Welcome Center where you will meet your driver at the designated fixed-time. Look for our signature sign: A GREEN APPLE! Our drivers are easily identified holding this Opentours sign or a sign with your Name.

Our minivans can comfortably seat up to 10 passengers, with a maximum luggage capacity not exceeding 1 suitcases and 1 carry-on per person. Should you need additional space (example: baggage in excess of 1 suitcase per person, bicycles, golf clubs, surf board, etc.) or should your destination be located outside Manhattan, we will be glad to quote and organize additional transportation to suit your needs.

HOW THE APP WORKS
All bookings (hotels, tours, transfers, attractions) must be entered in a single booking number (Booking Id). Creating different booking numbers will make it difficult - if not impossible - to use the app. You must enter the mobile phone number of the Lead Name of the reservation in the appropriate field on the page of the booked services.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE BOOKINGS ARE ENTERED (BOOKING#)
30 days prior to the date of the first service we will send an SMS message to the registered mobile phone with the link to download the notification app for Android and iOS and the number of the Booking Id.
HOW TO ACCESS THE APP
Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Booking ID
WHEN IS THE FIRST NOTIFICATION SENT?
24 hours before the first service we send the app a notification with the booking details.
I HAVE INSTALLED THE APP, I HAVE GOT A WiFi PLAN, WHAT'S NEXT WHEN I LAND TO JFK?
Once you have left passport control and collected your luggage, you can turn on your mobile phone. Open the app to view your driver's location on the app map. The driver will be visible when the vehicle is near the airport terminal. Go to the Terminal's Welcome Center. The driver will arrive at the given time and will be easily recognizable holding a sign with a green apple or a sign with your name.

It is no longer necessary to call our office number if you have already confirmed with the app.
