Day 1: Arrival day - pick up from the airport or train station

Stop At: 6351 Wilder Kaiser, Austria
Arrival in one of the small Tyrolean towns on the Wilder Kaiser, where you move into your quarters.
After arrival, enjoy the cozy places in the village and the nature around the Wilder Kaiser at one of the numerous small festivals in the region on the Wilder Kaiser and immerse yourself in the first culinary delights.

Day 2: Cheese from the Alm

Stop At: Hohe Salve, 6306, Austria
On many of the Tyrolean alpine pastures, the cheese is still produced on site and itself. We take a closer look at this and pay a visit to the dairymaid. Cheese tasting included, of course.
(should the weather put a spanner in the works, we visit a show cheese dairy in the valley)

Just like decades ago, cheese is still made in an alpine hut. Watch and then taste the homemade products of Tyrolean agriculture. Including a view of the mountains!

Day 3: Café 3.440 - sweets from Austria's highest confectionery

Stop At: 6351 Wilder Kaiser, Austria
Today we want to culinary high!
More precisely, it goes to the highest confectionery in Austria, the "Café 3.440" on the Pitztal Glacier. Find out what problems the confectioner has to struggle with in the bakery above 3,000m above sea level, let us taste his Kaiserschmarrn and enjoy the view of Tyrol's highest mountain, the Wildspitze (3,750m)

Day 4: Look over the shoulder of the cook

And so start your journey home strengthened - with Tyrolean recipes in your luggage!
