What's excluded :
- Need more than 40km? We can accommodate just add $18 on every 10km for sedans & $22.50 for SUVs/Vans
- Once you have provided all booking information which includes Date, Time, Airport details, Flight details, Destination address and Cell number, Ideal will track your flight and adjust the pickup time based on the actual flight arrival time whether it is delayed or arriving early, know that your chauffeur will be waiting for you.
For an Airport Pickup: Once your flight lands, you will receive a text notification that your chauffeur has arrived. Upon entering the Arrival Hall, please proceed to "The Prearranged Door" located at Door A, there you will find your chauffeur ready to greet you. You will then be driven to your pre-booked destination.
For a Hotel Pickup: You will receive a text notification 1 hour before the prearranged pickup time and then another text once the chauffeur has arrived. Your driver will meet you in the main lobby and escort you to your vehicle. You will then be driven to your pre-booked destination.
For all other pickups: You will receive a text notification 1 hour before the prearranged pickup time and then another text once the chauffeur has arrived. Your driver will be waiting for you at the front door and escort you to your vehicle. You will then be driven to your pre-booked destination. Departure Point :

For Airport pickups at Toronto Pearson Intl Airport (YYZ): A uniformed chauffeur will be waiting at "The Prearranged Door" located at Door A with a sign stating your name. For Airport pickups at Toronto Island Airport (YTZ): A uniformed chauffeur will be waiting at the pickup area which is located at the top of the escalator. For Airport pickups at Hamilton International Airport (YHM): A uniformed chauffeur will be waiting at the pickup are out of the Arrival Hall. For Hotel pickups: Your chauffeur will meet you in the main lobby. For all other pickups: Your chauffeur will meet you at the front door.
