2.- We give the client a booking voucher of us to know how the service is booked
3.- Two days before the service We contact the client and We verify that there are no changes in the itinerary and confirm again
4.- The day of the service We monitor the flight in case there is any delay is only rescheduled without any additional cost and we wait until the passengers land.
5.- Is important that the passengers leave by the door of Taxis and private service . We are going to be holding a sign with the name of the lead traveler // the name of the family // or name of the group . Do not leave by the door of Family & Friends . We can not access there for airports regulations.
6.- Once the passengers meet our staff they will wait a few minutes for the unit to enter and they will be able to board. We will take you to the door of your hotel or destination
