Next, we will set course, with the bikes, to visit the main attractions of Viñales.
The first stop will be in the Palenque de los Cimarrones, as you can see, it is a museum where the passage of Afro-descendants through the western west is represented between legend and history. It has a restaurant, of Creole food, set in African houses. We will continue to 2km, we will meet the Cueva del Indio, it was a refuge for the first indigenous inhabitants that were there, and where you can visit the cave on foot, until the end where you will find a river inside the same cave, and will make a small boat trip, where they will explain the traces left by their former inhabitants.
Afterwards, you will make a stop, to be able to make a lunch / meal, in the restaurants around, where you can taste the delicious Cuban food.
We will continue at the end, towards the Mural of Prehistory, which was created in 1959, by the painter and scientist Leovigildo González, helped by more than twenty peasants, who volunteered for it. It is located on a vertical wall painted on the mogote called Pita. It represents the biogeological past of the region, considered one of the oldest lands in the Caribbean, together with human figures, which evoke the aborigines of this area of the archipelago.
Finally we will go to the Mirador de los Jazmines, where you can enjoy the best views of the great Viñales Valley, and where you can see the beautiful sunset, which from that point you can see.
At the end of the tour, they will have free time, since the rental of the bike is full day. The bike will be returned, at most, the next day at 9:00 at the place indicated
