VIRTUAL LESSONS...Italian Aperitif and Cocktail lessons
for years we have been hosting customers to share our traditions and now that we cannot travel we would like to continue sharing our recipes online ... in this experience we will prepare tasty quick and easy street food dishes such as pizzas and fried calzoni and excellent cocktails to drink with friends! we will connect online and explain all the procedures for the preparation of our aperitif!

- I will welcome customers from my kitchen in live streaming and we will start cooking excellent appetizers to be enjoyed with friends. In Italy we love to spend the afternoon organizing an aperitif with friends where we toast with excellent cocktails and taste small street food meals. I will also explain two different cocktails to be prepared at home and in the end we will toast together!
• montanara - small pizzas fried and seasoned with tomato, parmesan and basil!
• calzones - they are small fried trousers and stuffed with mozzarella and salami
• bruschetta - excellent toast and seasoned with fresh tomato or whatever you like
• cocktail - limocello spritz - tasty drink ... fresh and light ... the limoncello spritz is my favorite cocktail
• Cocktail - Bellini - great for a party, the "Bellini" is simple to prepare and delicious to taste!
