Whale Shark Snorkeling Adventure in Isla Contoy with Lunch

You will be picked up early in the morning and drive in direction to Cancun, where a boat takes you all the way to Isla Contoy, in the northern part of the peninsula. This is where the whale sharks migrate every year to eat plankton.

Once there, you will start your snorkeling adventure. You will stay about 3 to 4 hours in the open sea, snorkeling in turns of 2 people at one time and always accompanied by a special guide.

Afterwards, if the weather allows, you will stop at Playa Norte, in the north of Isla Mujeres. This is a beautiful area with turquoise and shallow waters to relax and sometimes even snorkel. You will then enjoy a delicious “ceviche” (local dish) on board and you will have some free time. In the early afternoon, you will head back to your hotel.
