I started backpacking around the world when I was 18, and while I'm a bit older now, that's still my world - I love getting off the beaten track, finding the alternative way to do things, and yes, running my travel life on a shoestring. And, while I've travelled the world a lot, I like nothing better than being on my own turf here in Australia where there is always still so much left to explore.
